Perhaps Sony's PlayStation 3 just won the console war, for some anyway. ;)

I can’t recall a new media format taking as much heat from consumers and the press as I have seen with Blu-ray... tagging it as an unneeded upgrade to DVD and too expensive.

While there may be some truth to one of those arguments, no one should doubt the superior picture and sound quality the format produces.

Nearly three weeks ago it was reported that PS3 users who tried to access Hulu received a "This Video is Not Available on Your Platform" error message.

Since then, there have been rumors on why it's blocked, a Hulu on PS3 Workaround, and even Sony's Director commented that "Hulu's not working right now and I'm not really sure why."

The price cut on the PSP devkit has already opened PSP development to more interested parties, but apparently that's not Sony's only approach to bringing in more devs to the handheld.
