22w ago - Square Enix Head of Community Phil Elliott has announced Lightning returns today and posted up a Final Fantasy XIII The Divine Task PS3 trailer on this Fourth of July holiday!
To quote: To celebrate this week's Japan Expo, taking place in Paris, we've released a new trailer for Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII.
It's called "The Divine Task", and reveals more about the story, action and characters you'll encounter in the game when it launches next year.

The PlayStation versions of Hotline Miami will also have an exclusive new mask designed by Abstraction and Dennaton Games. After months of top secret bovine research, we finally get to unveil our new friend: Russell the raging bull.
Russell is hidden early in the game, and when equipped will turn the entire game black and white save the neon text and red blood left behind as you rampage through each floor of every level. It's a really neat effect, and even changes up the video filter a bit to give the whole game a classic film look.

98w ago - Today Creative Director John Garvin at Bend Studios has shared some video footage unmasking the Uncharted: Golden Abyss characters in the upcoming PS Vita video game.
To quote: Learning how to bring characters to life with all the nuances of personality, habits, quirks and mannerisms was really Sony Bend's first and most important job when we started to work on Uncharted: Golden Abyss.
We have an awesome example in the Uncharted series, and we wanted to give the characters a level of depth that transcends the screen. These videos show just a glimpse of our process and how we worked with our eclectic cast of characters.
I'm no stranger to writing, having written all the Syphon Filter games, but this title taught me some new tricks. By the time we started shooting in February 2011, I had gone through over 40 revisions, changing everything from setting, characters, names, dialogue and action. If we count all the in-game VO dialogue, we ended up with over 400 pages of script for Uncharted: Golden Abyss.
