2d ago - Zachtronics Creative Director Zach Barth shared a PS4 video trailer today announcing that Ironclad Tactics is coming to PlayStation 4 in early 2015.

Below are the details, to quote: It's been a while since our last post on PlayStation.Blog, but we're back with exciting news: the PS4 release of Ironclad Tactics has been confirmed for early 2015!

In case this is the first time you're hearing about it, Ironclad Tactics is a fast-paced, card-based tactics game set in the American Civil War... with robots!

Although it's reminiscent of the tactics games and collectible card games that we're all familiar with, we've done a lot to make it fast-paced, streamlined, and completely free from microtransactions. It's also completely co-op enabled, allowing you to easily switch between playing solo or with a friend over the Internet.

The exciting news doesn't stop there, though. When Ironclad Tactics releases on PS4 in early 2015, it will include all of the add-on campaigns available for the game. You'd normally have to pay for those!

Explore the untold backstory of Dmitry in Ironclad Tactics' first add-on campaign, Ironclad Tactics: The Rise of Dmitry. With eight new missions, including the six-stage...

1w ago - Eastasiasoft Game Designer Aidan Price announced today that Lost Sea is coming to PS4 in 2015 with details below.

To quote: Hi Everyone, this is Aidan from Eastasiasoft. After months hidden away inside our volcano lair, deep inside the jungles of Hong Kong, we are ready to share a first look at our upcoming PS4 game Lost Sea!

Lost Sea is a 3D strategy action game that takes place inside a procedurally generated archipelago. It's up to you to form a ragtag crew of survivors and explore the surrounding islands, hunting for resources to upgrade your ship and make your escape.

Lost Sea is set inside a cartoon B-movie universe, where an otherwise normal individual (You!) is transformed into an intrepid hero after a routine flight over the Atlantic Ocean ends in disaster, leaving you stranded on a mysterious archipelago located deep inside the Bermuda Triangle.

The world of Lost Sea is a dangerous and unforgiving place. Every island is filled with strange landmarks, a wide variety of deadly and exotic creatures, and powerful relics that can be used to your advantage.

Often you'll need to use your wits, as well as your machete, to escape dire situations and any member of your crew unlucky enough...

5w ago - Kitfox Games Creative Director Tanya Short revealed today that Moon Hunters is coming to PS4 and PS Vita in 2015.

Below are the details, to quote: Hi! I'm Tanya, the lead designer of Moon Hunters. Moon Hunters is coming to PS4 and PS Vita in late 2015, all thanks to our amazing community supporting on [Register or Login to view links].

The campaign has been going even better than we hoped, and if you're one of our backers, I really hope I can find you and give you a backer hug as soon as possible.

If you haven't heard of Moon Hunters, it's a 1-to-4-player, mythology-building action RPG. Set in a fantastical ancient Mesopotamia, you play as one of the heroes trying to figure out what's happened to the all-powerful Moon, which has gone missing.

Along the way, you journey through a world that's different every time, and make decisions that show your personality. Your personality traits determine your reputation, but also how you're remembered in legend after you're gone.

If you're truly memorable, you might even become a symbol of heroism as a constellation in the night sky, visible in all future playthroughs.

It's a relatively short game for just one play-through, just one to three...

Video: OlliOlli2: Welcome to Olliwood Coming to PS4, PS Vita in 2015

5w ago - Roll7 General Dogsbody Simon Bennett posted up a video today announcing that OlliOlli2: Welcome to Olliwood is coming to PS4 and PS Vita in 2015.

To quote: So, its finally here - the moment that we can announce that since February this year, the skate crew here at Roll7 have been working night and day on what we think is the most epic skate game ever!

OlliOll2: Welcome to Olliwood will hit PS4 and PS Vita in 2015!

A sequel, you say? Why, [Register or Login to view links] has only just come out! Well, actually we finished on the core of OlliOlli in late September 2013 - which seems like a LONG time ago now...

We were exhausted and somewhat broken - but we had learned a whole load about both OlliOlli AND PlayStation development as a whole.

At the end of the project, John (our creative Director) excitedly sat us down with a vision for a sequel, something that had been lighting up in his brain ever since we locked features for the original.

The main thrust of his plan was that we needed to expand meaningfully on our (since much praised) combo system, create a far more powerful level editor (to allow for more bodacious level design) and to unify the whole experience in a themed OlliOlli universe.
