90w ago - Following up on his previous updates, today PlayStation 3 homebrew developer Redsquirrel87 has now updated the PS3 Media Player to Showtime Repack v3.1.213 with the changes detailed below as always:
Add support for floating point audio in audio pipeline.
libspotify v9
Implement our own pool allocator
Improve read-ahead cache a bit
linux: Remove d-bus interface. It's buggy and crashes.

This weekend PlayStation 3 homebrew developer Facanferff has announced the release of the first Showtime PS3 Media Player skin called Oceanus for the application.

To quote from his blog (linked above): Facanferff strikes again with the first Showtime Skin Ever! The skin is called Oceanus, with it you’ll be able to use different views for a better Showtime experience.
This first version supports already several views that you can enjoy. Check it out!

• List view (photo taken from Youtube plugin)
• List 2 view (photo taken from Youtube plugin) This view is the default one.
