148w ago - Following closely behind the previous update, MultiMAN OBM PS3 Mod version 01.16.00 is now available from the first post and deanrr notes that users should READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PROCEED WITH UPDATE (for FW 3.55)!
MultiMAN v01.16.00 Changes:
No payload of any kind included in the distribution
Support for "Black screen games" using external USB HDD
* BDEMU.BIN or external payload required to enable following functionality:
Support for AVCHD/BDMV structures saved on internal HDD (AVCHD HDD)
Path redirections for /dev_bdvd and /app_home
BDEMU.BIN is not distributed with install packages
Finally, this BDEMU pack was posted by mynob on IRC, it may be of use to people... when running the BDEMU .PKG file (required the first time only) it will place the required BDEMU.BIN in the correct folder.

The do well the brain washing stuff and hide the fact that dean, evilsperm, garyopa have something to do with the drm dongles. Evilsperm already have wrote a payload that can boot a retail >> dex converted console with idps mod in case it wont boot with 5 beeps as long you dont have modded the SC.

This weekend an anonymous PlayStation 3 developer has made available a MultiMAN v04.01.00 DEX Update Mod (20120204) PKG for those who own PS3 Debug / Test consoles and wish to enable game back-ups on it.
Save the downloaded file as: /dev_hdd0/game/BLES80608/USRDIR/SHOWTIME.SELF
Added: XMB videos and last folder visible in Showtime
Added: Return to multiMAN when using the EXIT icon in to top right corner of main Showtime Interface
Since version 02.05.00 of multiMAN you can update your SHOWTIME within multiMAN, by going to XMMB Video tab -> Press [TRIANGLE] while "Start Showtime" is selected -> Update.
You can also update your showtime.self by deleting it from multiMAN's USRDIR folder and play a video - you'll be prompted to download the updated version. Be advised that in multiMAN versions 04.00.00+ SHOWTIME.SELF is located under USRDIR/sys folder.
