To quote, roughly translated: PS3 CFW Exclusive - Modern Warfare 2: Update 1:13 patched!
The update requires normally the 1:13 Fiirmware 3.60! It is the original update 1.13, which was patched with the available keys for CFWS. Since this gamble some Modern Warfare 2 is also online, we certainly have enough testers for the whole.
Feedback is absolutely desirable. The E3 Tech team was able to test itself does not matter because they were not prepared for it. I've just tested the update myself and it works cool.
The Modern Warfare 2 Update 1:13 patched (test version) is for the BLES00686. Possibly. you'll have to rename the folder with you
and the switch to PARAM.SFO BLES00xxx. Works with firmware 3.41 and 3:55
Of Modern Warfare 2, there are several versions:
Rename BLES00683 <--- thx @ FcB1985 for the test / folder and PARAM.SFO works (but only offline)
BLES00686 <--- this version I have as a game, and I also hereby tested.
Update: Online update seems to be working with only 1:13 BLES00686. All other versions of MW2 just go offline, online is a black screen.
In other news about the new product of the E3 tech team, we have to wait a bit. The E3 Tech team is full of stress in the case put as much as possible. Once there is new information, but you'll find this in the news.
PS: If you're wondering why this game and how to upgrade... I was interested to pick something that you are not prepared and here also smile to make a few members a joy.. communication with the team works excellent.
The patch was made available to me within half an hour. Not like other teams did not even reply to and in consenting to have to hope that at all times is something.
Below are some region specific MW2 113 PS3 Patch versions by ZOMBIEKILLAH:
MW2 113 patch CFW 3.41 / 3.55 FULL + Edited the PARAM.SFO to "341":
Also from ZOMBIEKILLAH comes a Ninja Gaiden 3 (Beta) BLES01524 Custom Install 3.55 Fix Patch / Package with details below, as follows:
Here is my custom Ninja Gaiden 3 (Beta) Patch Please test if you have this, so i know 100% it works through the entire game tnx.
Patch package param.sfo spoofed to v9.99 to avoid update prompts.
Encrypted as 3.41 EBOOT.BIN/boot from dev_hdd0/game like a normal patch.
If this works all the way through game which i think it will be ok.
I will then remove the [BETA] & be official working as i tested so far so good.
I will make all IDs if requested to test & be official fix patch.
I want to make sure it works for all IDs so don't be shy ..
If you have a different id please let me know so i can make a test patch
More updates below (via psx-scene.com/forums/content/cod-2510/):

This game was a pain in my A$$ but worth it .. 70+ pkgs l8r = It completed me.. Will work for CFW 341/355 *All Region, Conversions Compiled pkgs* 1000% WORKING EVERYTHING, NO BUGS
BLES01031 / BLUUS30591 SUPPORTS MY CFG MOD.
ALL OTHERS = USE SAVE GAME MODS & IF THEY WORKED FOR YOU BEFORE OTHER-
THAN THE GAME ID REGIONS I MENTIONED ABOVE ?
THEN YOU NEED TO USE THE EBOOT FROM v.2.0 PACKAGE, WITH THIS ONE
+ THE CFG MOD FILES, COPY MANUALLY.
THESE BLES01031 / BLUUS30591 - ARE CFG MOD READY ..
Param.sfo *113 edited & displayed as SPOOFED v9.99*
If switching to my edited *MP BOTZ or Zombie Pkgs:
Always revert back to 109 retail *Without deleting data*
They work well installed over 109,its like a nutral patch
I am refering to my patches/pkgs released + BOTZ/pkg- If you use any of my 109 multiplayer modde pkgs ? Now you need to replace this param.sfo with 109 to install/109 over
This 113/999.Then install the MP HaXXoR 103 BOTz PKG.
Sorry for those that use my other pkgs i know they are edited as 109- for easy install. If you do use them just unpack my others or this PKG change the param version from 01.09 or 09.99 then repack it. Also do this for 109 retail so you can have all 3 at v999 or 109 to change when you like & never see update prompts. If you need help i will unpack/repack/re-release for you.
I would just repack this & change to 01.09 if you use the MP 109 packages. I would have left it at 109 but then others would see update prompts if any again. So for a final complete patch i rather post a v9.99 & let whoever change there own version.
REGARDING THE MULTIPLAYER MODDED BOTz
BLACK OPS 113 *Fixed* 100% v3.0 *ZOMBIE* + *Working Multiplayer* pass - Is my in name *CAPS* !
[RELEASED]-M.W.3 v.1.03 *8* REGIONS EVERY SINGLE ONE SPOOFED v9.99
341 / 355
I have tested the BLUS30838 so i am sure they all work great. For the record there were a few 102 fixed these are v.103s. I figured i get them all for 1 & 1 for all.. They should work from store bought DISC retail backed up, etc. Now everyone can play & buy it cause they have a patch now. Should not have to look for a specific game. I will test my OTHER COPY I own tomorrow. I know there is one more BLUS i believe if there is i will need to find it ?

Just opening up the ps3 and putting it back together is a nightmare on the phats, well it is for me lol. Although this does sound cool in theory, and at least it is a step in the right direction. From what i've heard better things are on the way, so i think i'll keep on waiting.
This reminds me of the old DMS chips for the PS2, clips install over the chips, instead of solder. Great in theory, in practice = tons of problems. Clips would fall off or mess up pins, breaking things in a horrible fashion. Since it's really just a flash replacement, I guess with the right software and hardware you could simply do it yourself, but a clip is easier (assuming nothing goes terribly, terribly wrong).
