Hi all,

I've been reading some post and I'm a little confused. I have seen it mentioned several times that an E3 Flasher can only be used on one PS3, is that correct? Does it in some way become locked to that device once it has been used? Sorry for the noob question, just want to see if I'm reading correctly!

Thanks.
