121w ago - Not long after Gaia Manager for Custom Firmware v3.55 arrived, PlayStation 3 developer drizzt84 updated his OBM PS3 Mod which includes support for PS3 backups to version 2.05.

Currently the release supports PS3 Custom Firmware v3.55 and can be found to download in the first post linked below.

Download: Gaia Manager V2.05 (3.55 PS3 CFW only)

Changes in Gaia Manager v2.05 include:

Use harcoded payload (less crashes)
Use another payload (with syscall36), it should never crash inside game now
Reminder Gaia Manager has the Sony logs cleanup since October 2010 and it's always active and working...

Hey drizzt84, I noticed there is a BOOT.AT3 sound file now in the /USRDIR folder? Is this functional yet? I'd love to have some navigational background music playing.

is there actually a way to improve discless compatibility? I'm interested in Mass Effect 2 which shows black screen after starting discless. My bluray drive is dead... Quite a lot of other games work discless so I'm interested why such games as Mass Effect 2 doesn't work.

Is it possible to debug the loading process?

Should I get either PS Ninja v4, by Smokin or LogJam by Jack Tretton? or does Gaia Manager have something along the lines of what those 2 app does?

Can I use 2.07 on (3.41w/dongle) so I can enjoy unicode ? If not, can you update 1.041 to unicode? Please.
