77w ago - This weekend the E3 Team have announced a new PS3 JailBreak alongside news of another PlayStation 3 DRM-infected USB dongle currently in development.
Below are the details, as follows: Official Statement from E3 Team Regarding a New PS3 Jailbreak
Few days ago, there was news posted on various Web sites that we had cloned JB2 (aka) True Blue (TB) successfully.
We clarify we did not clone any other product, but we did find the ways on how to allow the newer games to work on CFW v3.55.
Our research has found 3 different ways to allow newer games to work on older firmwares!
No need of any new keys, but allows SOME new games to work on CFW v3.55 with a special bypass.
We think the USB device on market uses this system. (Maybe)
With this method, most games even v4.11 games can run on CFW v3.55 very easily.
But there has some games that can't work with this A way.
E3 Team knows this A way very well and can modify a newer v3.6+ game in 10 min.
Decrypt games with it's private key and encrypt with v3.55 key, so game can run on CFW v3.55 successfully.
For example, you need v3.65 key to decrypt v3.65 game. Need v4.11 key to decrypt v4.11 game.
E3 Team can successfully get all newer keys up to v4.11.
We are 100% sure we can get all keys to v4.20 or higher FW with same way, only it takes some more time.
This means, E3 Team can decrypt all newer games with this B way.
As a matter of a fact, we are planning a newer CFW (no more need to be stuck on v3.55) when we have completed our research.
Modify Blu-ray firmware to allow newer games to run on older firmware.
But only a few of the newer games can work with this C way, so we stopped researching this method.
We are in the progress of developing a new USB device, to allow users to enjoy our work with economical cost. We will release further news and list of its features regarding this new product at a later date.
Finally, to thank all of users whom have supported us in the past with our previous products, like the E3 Card Reader and E3 Flasher, we have decided to release 2 game eboots for free for everyone to enjoy that work directly on any console running CFW v3.55 directly.
Remember our current product, the E3 Flasher is also very useful for Dual-Boot and to downgrade on older consoles, as for now we need to still stay on CFW v3.55.
PS: Unfortunately the latest Slim 3000x consoles can't work currently with downgrade or dual-boot methods mentioned above, as it is fully difference design compared to the older PS3 consoles, but have no fear we are still working hard on solving this puzzle.
Below is links to our proof videos to show our work. First we run Ninja Gaiden 3 using the A way and then second we run Splinter Cell Trilogy HD with B way, which no matter how hard you have tried the A way it will never run.
Shows Ninja Gaiden 3 working and also Splinter Cell Trilogy HD working, the later game has not been released by any other Jailbreak dongle yet.
Downloads (Confirmed working with Kmeaw 3.55 PS3 CFW with NO dongle required! PlayStation 3 Custom Firmware 3.41 users can simply apply the required PS3 EBOOT patch below and then edit their PARAM.SFO file to read as 3.41 instead):

Here is EBOOT fix for Ninja Gaiden 3 that works with 3.55 Kmeaw. Tested and worked from internal with Ninja.Gaiden.3.PS3-DUPLEX release!
Those having lockup issues with FIFA Street using the World Tour option can use the new fix that adds a missing SPRX file to allow the game to run on PS3 CFW 3.55. Be sure the SPRX file gets overwritten in this directory on your HDD containing the FIFA Street game:

yep your nor clip is loose and I use a couple of pennies as i am in England PMSL, but seriously this is the most common problem with the E3 Flasher, the amount of times I have had to take the board apart to make sure the clip is installed properly, especially as the dyn-001 boards I seem to always flash have small resistors either side of the Nor !
Once you have solved this problem, that is the main thing you EVER seem to face, oh cept putting the sd card in properly as its a right pain in the rear. Good Luck Buddy,
Its suppose to all light up at once. And when it disappears it means the update was taken. As for the sequence of blinking lights, it's because your nor clip is loose. Tape a couple nickels on the back to keep it tight with the board.
Because of wrong operation of E3 ODE PRO, user update PS3 official firmware fail, and turn into upgrade cycle. This problem happened because user not turn E3 ODE PRO into the correct PS3 BD DRIVE MODE. Now user can turn the E3 ODE PRO into PS3 BD DRIVE mode for fix this problem even can't start PS3 correctly.
The select mode on PS3 menu is not same for Europe and Asia console. The Europe user should Press X but not Press O to choose from E3 OS. We are sorry take inconvenient for those user, we will fix it in the next update of E3 OS.
After the hard work of the last few weeks , the E3 OS v1.23 is now available for download.
The important feature of this update is:
1: One update program for all slim console now
2: E3 ODE PRO mode and PS3 BD DRIVE mode is easier to switch
3: More stability and faster speed.
The new user manual v1.23 is also updated.
More boot disc type is supported by E3 ODE PRO, user can download the keys file and follow the instruction.
