Dev_Blind Simple PS3 Writable Dev_Flash Mounter is Released

119w ago - Today jjolano has released Dev_Blind v1.0, a simple PS3 writable Dev_Flash mounter homebrew application followed by version 1.1 with the changelog detailed HERE.

Tested on PS3 3.55 (kmeaw, if you need me to be more specific). It should work on any firmware though.

This enables writing to the flash, which is vital to the operation of the console's operating system - use this at your own risk.

This homebrew was created using the PSL1GHT SDK.

Edit: in comparison with FreeFlash: this is ONLY using two syscalls (one for mounting, one for unmounting) - simple, efficient, and works.
