Authors

Powered by blipi, FLIPI and the_marioga, DemonHades, DanteHades, Mak and kiki, and web-based The_marioga. Its content is updated daily thanks to the work of our moderators content.

Some Explanations

For those who still do not know them, this program will allow you to download and install any homebrew, themes, savegames, plugins, etc... hosted on our servers.

Its interface is very intuitive, is divided into categories, which you can navigate with the buttons L1 and R1, if a category is turned off (for that is not yet supported) leaves no select. Categories are now Homebrew, Multimedia, Savegames and JFW.

After selecting the category menu displays the subcategories, and after choosing the subcategory list homebrews. You can see its name, author, description, icon, etc... and of course download it.

Allows multiple simultaneous downloads in the background. Once downloaded all you want to go out to JMB, and we will display the category, choose the option "Open PStore PKGs Install" and install those you want.

The Web

This content can be downloaded from the Web. Similarly, very useful if you have no Internet on your PS3 in register but instead requires you have access to a great set of comments and ratings, a chat, private messaging system, a system of friends (for the future RNA), the ability to rate other users, rank up etc.

Download

Do not wait any longer and I do leave here the download: [Register or Login to view links]

Other Considerations

We are on point, I leave the translation of the Open Web PStore by if you want to translate it into language any more: [Register or Login to view links]

You only have to translate the text of the right column, change the data to the bottom, rename the file to your language code (eg en, it, fr) and find the image of the flag this country (that fits the style of the other, round and shiny)

On the other hand I leave the style files if you want your own themes, also for the Web (requires knowledge of HTML, CSS and some php): [Register or Login to view links]

And finally we are seeking developers to RNA (who know C or C + +), Web development Open PStore (php), or moderators of content you upload homebrews or other content to the Open (only required to be a day).

A greeting and I hope you enjoy it. Let this great PS3 scene work together, the PS3 offers many possibilities, seize the opportunity!

Following shortly after yesterday's revision, today Spanish PlayStation 3 developer Estwald has updated the PS3 backup game manager known as Iris Manager to version 1.60 Beta 3 followed by Beta 4 with the changes detailed below.

To quote, roughly translated: Well, given that D_Skywalk is "low" paternity and asked me to open a new thread, to update it, that I do, taking advantage we have new version

What's new:

1.60 Beta 3 Changelog:

  • Improved emulation ps1_emu. Fixed some bugs, besides adding security enhancements. There is no sound cuts so annoying, anymore.
  • Fixed problem with Internal_MC that were wrong (which should have got 0xa0 instead of 0x0a )
  • Added ability to create a formatted Internal_MC (Video / Others)
  • Added the ability to run ps1_netemu.self and ps1_emu.self from Iris directory (if they are copied to /dev_hdd0/game/IMANAGER4. This opens the possibility (with a proper resign), to use emulators from a upper firmware in a lower one, and can be used patched or not)

1.60 Beta 4 Changelog:

  • Improveed ps1_emu emulation . now work games like Vagrant Story or Resident Evil
  • Added mode 3 to payload_storage to let launch the ISO for the cheats disc having a PSX disc on the drive. Just attach a pendrive, run with cheats and at the appropriate time, eject the ISO removing the pendrive. That works at least with Xploder 4 (if it’s necessary, you’ll have to eject the disc and insert it again: as soon as you detach the pendrive, the payload is disabled and the disc will work normally).
  • Fixed some bugs, like copying file when the USB is almost full.
  • All the payloads were modified to add a detection flag. That let you restart the console, for example, if you used multiMAN and the syscall 8 is inactive.

We continue in testing phase. In particular, I'm interested in receive reports from people that is having problems with black screens when they start the emulator (I got a check to see if the area of LV2 where I install is clean, but it could be the fcking of the instruction cache, therefore I have increased the number of cycles of the routine copy [+ laughs])

Regards

Following up on his previous update, today Spanish PlayStation 3 developer Estwald (aka Hermes) has updated the PS3 backup game manager known as Iris Manager to version 1.60 Beta 2 with the changes below.

Download: [Register or Login to view links] / [Register or Login to view links] (Mirror) / [Register or Login to view links] (Mirror #2)

To quote, roughly translated: Well, given that D_Skywalk is "low" paternity and asked me to open a new thread, to update it, that I do, taking advantage we have new version

First of all, I would like to put three conditions:

1) I do not carry version control, because in github I canceled, I have no desire to go back to those bastards and git all problems are often under Windows, as not handle http addresses. So I'll post a RAR and point and if someone wants to take control of versions, back on, but for now, I'm not.

2) The official version is that we D_Skywalk and me. Your contributions are welcome, within a limit, it has been said that the GUI should be the same, basically, and not be breaking the application schema. That does not mean that you may not go it alone and break it in your own way, you will have to call but then otherwise your application, by request of D_Skywalk.

Obviously, if the changes are minor, no need to change the application name, but it is not in competition, if not collaboration. If that is respected, I have no objection to lend you aid, etc.

3) The third condition is rather a request that anyone who drives the Wiki, should be an entry "Iris Manager" to link it in this post and facilitaros the task if you or any morning for example, I abandoned the project.

And now, to the point: What's new:

  • Added PSX emulation syscall level: it is no longer necessary to patch the emulators and versions can delete "patched"
  • Works with ps1_netemu. Moreover, it is my choice RECOMMENDED smoother and games will I have to go wrong with ps1_emu, here are perfect
  • Files are needed. Cue with the same name as the. Bin. Img, etc, to describe the audio tracks. If it contains only the binary data, Iris Manager generates its corresponding TOC. psx_storage default also generates a TOC enough for this type of game. As I can complete wakefulness psx_storage operation.
  • Ability to load an external ROM to allow access to the transmission Memory Card (getting into a file dev_hdd0/game/IMANAGER4 ps1_rom.bin).
  • If you press CIRCLE + EQUIS with external ROM enabled, runs ejected disc so you can access the PSX MC Manager without having to disconnect the USB device. Unplugging / replugging once, the disc will be mounted and run.

More details IMPORTANT iso.txt psx 1.60, within the file Rar.

Regards

Finally, from butnut comes some related feedback, as follows: With version 1.60 beta 2, Chrono Cross does not freeze when you go into the status screen, and Vigilante 8 has working music too (V8 requires .cue file)

mahidi... had the same problem first... just follow the exact tutorial... check all the files u need! if only one file is missing it isn't working... i'm still waiting on a filemanager and dev_blind access....

also a last game like from mm would be great... so we can create xmb mount files... btw 8x4 cover sounds pretty good... i think this shouldn't be hard to do...

the only problem is if the developer will ever listen to our request... i will bet if he would add these futures a lot of people would say goodbye too mm...
