Rogero has updated to Rogero CEX 4.30 CFW v1.04 PS3 Custom Firmware with
multiMAN v04.11.11 and the changes detailed below.

Rogero CEX 3.40 CFW v1.04 Changelog:
- Removed all the Demo Mode nodes from XMB (No more demonstration mode messages).
- Added some fixes to the PUP to eliminate many "Data Corrupted" messages from different installation methods.
- Updated the PlayStation Home Fix Package to v1.04, Now PS Home Icon will be installed to the TV/Video Category.

But GTA 1V works fine by retail disc or backed up to hdd on Rogero 4.40 with mULTIMAN and idisc in tray.

Rogero stated when he releases it officially he will put the md5 so everyone knows they have the correct version. And I am not sure what you mean there is no problem going by it by his post.
