To quote: This CFW4.21 is almost the same as the 4.30 version except it have some add-ons that can't be added to ver 4.30 currently:
1- It does have the default "Install Package Files" node on XMB. (no need to have multiMAN installed before using it)
2- It does have LV1 Checks Disabled and can be used directly instead of Rogero3.55 v3.7 while downgrading with Hardware Flashers.
3- It does have the Proper Cinavia Disabled Files for the users who needs it.
This CFW was tested on most PS3 Models by different testers and no problems were encountered. But as any CFW release you must install it with caution and by following proper instructions, No one will be held responsible for any damage caused.
Rogero CFW4.30/4.21 v2.00 Details
4.30 v2.00
- Rebuilt from scratch using OFW4.30 files only (no DEX/SEX files) with official XMB and full features working as in OFW4.30
- All known problems like XMB icons sorting and Demo Mode issues from v 1.04 are now all gone with the use of the official XMB.
- Removed the classical "Install Package Files" Icon from XMB to have a 100% original XMB (no DEX/SEX files used).
- Installing Package Files can be done from multiMAN 04.12.00 (XMMB Home column or MMOS File Manager).
- Patched LV1 to disable LV2 Protection.
- Patched LV1 to add peek/poke support to replace hvc 182/183 (multiMAN Direct Disc Access is now working fine with CFW4.21/4.30 v2.00)
- Patched LV1 to disable SYSTEM MANAGER INTEGRITY CHECK (to prevent Bricking on non-dehashed downgraded consoles)
- Patched LV1 Core OS Hash Check (to prevent Bricking on non-dehashed downgraded consoles)

I have Rogero CEX Current version
use multiman for this, and only move PSN game. I haven't the drive in front of me, but am sure they start with NP or something
anyway avoid moving BLES BLUS folders from hdd0/game, they are savegame data and trophys i think.
when they were moved, the Game in XMB are all grey controller icons. i found i already have an OLD version of gamedata (it has a USB icon beside it) but i downloaded the latest form the download column (far right) in multiman, and installed that package in the usual way.
so after it is installed, i ran gamedata and after a 'reboot' all the grey icons turned to the proper game icons in XMB and i can play what i any PSN from the external drive (the game folder earlier)
i've seen MANY guides all about making extra folders, or running this gamedata usb icon BEFORE installing some games, but if you already have them installed already, this is best.
for new PSN games, reboot to get the 'grey icons' back, install the game, (it'll be to only colour/animated one), then go to multiman, move it to external, it'll go grey like the others until gamedata is run to get them all back (ie it re-directs the icons lookup to the external)
hope that helps, the phrases might be a bit... 'off' so PM if you need more help
