HFS Info:
HFS aka HFS HTTP File Server will give you the ability to copy files to your PS3 and stream videos directly to your ps3 it also can be used for much more than this but this is what i use it for also with the modification. i have made you will be able to upload videos you have on your PS3 to your PC.
i have set everything up for you it should be a simple matter of loading. HFS up and adding your files to it you will also need to create a Upload folder on your pc and drag it over onto HFS and right click the folder and set it up as a upload directory so you can upload pictures and with my mod videos from your PS3 to your PC.
i've set the HFS website up as localhost if this doesnt work change localhost to your pc's ip address, for example change localhost to 192.168.0.2 and everything should work perfectly to make it easier for you to change the ip address ive set it up so it reads the website address from the root of your ps3's hdd so please put the hfs.xml in the root of your ps3's hdd so basically it should be put in /dev_hdd0/ this will allow you to easily remember were it is if you need to change the ip address.
Here are the files:
- HFS: http://www.sendspace.com/file/ln606o
- HFS XML File: http://www.sendspace.com/file/rlrae7
- PS3Ultimate TV Video Bypass: http://www.sendspace.com/file/ho7m6t
The PS3Ultimate TV Video Bypass contains the dev_flash~vsh~resource~explore~xmb.zip which you install using multiman this will allow you to upload your videos from your PS3 to your PC.
v1.09 Changelog:
With 1.09 I've updated most of the app from the themes to the movie links and movies. I've also added a links section to tidy the main section up. Ive also added new content including ps3 xil for those who want to use it to add custom channels and tidy up the ps3's main XMB or if your CFW has removed them, then they should be available again. I've also changed the update to a direct link but most of my time and effort has been focused on the movies section.
I decided to release this update a little sooner than I was going to, so remember I'm working on this everyday, so keep checking for updates but remember it can be a slow process and I'm working alone. So please be patient and if you have just installed this update remember to also download and install a theme so everything is up to date.

To quote: Hey guys I've created this simple rco free package manager installable zip file for you, this can easily be incorporated into your cfw with very little impact and is completely safe and for those of you who want to install a package manager that won't need you to replace any rco files, this is great if you created your own cfw and installing a standard package manager will change your XMB names or layout.
This also will allow you to install packages from:

This won't damage or replace any other package manager you have installed.
For those of you who don't know how to install this all you do is extract the zip and put the PS3~dev_blind~vsh~resource~explore~xmb.zip file on your usb stick then launch multiman, goto mmOS then browse your usb stick and double click on the file and it will ask you if you want to install it choose yes and you're done.
Hope you enjoy this please let me know what you think..
F.A.Q.:
Q: What does RCO-Free mean?
A: It has exellent compatibility because it will work on just about anything also imagine you made your own cfw with altered rco files and set it up perfect just the way you like it then you install a package manager and because it replaced a rco that you had altered you hard work is gone.
Also it reduces the size to next to nothing and it makes it 100% easier to incorporate it into your own cfw if you choose to make one or already have one and since the xml files hardly change you could probably get away with installing it on any update whether you install it with the installable zip or do it manually and it has the multiman downloads folder added to it.
So if you download a pkg through multiman it will show up on the package manager and it also has the directory for the web browser app I provided you can see the full list in the spoiler I'm all about making things simple why make the same app complicated if you can make it simple also if you don't know what your doing its best not to install something that could potentially damage your PS3 with this you don't need to worry.

To quote: Hey everyone today I bring you v1.10 of my app with this comes a lot of updates including a installer which I created with the help of developer andreus because of this installer I have had to make changes to everything so if you have my app installed please uninstall it first along with this update i have created a Web site just for this app which i have created to be viewed mainly on the PS3 so if your viewing it on the pc and the text seems a bit off that's why.
Version 1.10 brings you more channels, more content (with more to come), a updated update section as well as a package installer for the PS3Ultimate TV files as well as the PS3Ultimate TV Installer and Web site and because of the installer as i have said all the files have been altered including the themes.
Here is a link to the Web site (PS3UltimateTV.tk) please use the blog that's what it's there for and along the right hand side you will see info on how to make it appear better on the PS3 and a link to the install guide i have wrote which contains the PS3Ultimate TV Installer and the files for installing this manually.
The reason for that being that the installer currently doesn't work with Cobra cfw so if you need to you can install the flash files manually with the multiman installable zip files which I've also updated so when installing this make sure if you have PS3Ultimate TV v1.09 or below installed to remove it by going into "Game Date Utility" and deleting it but all the information you need is on my guide so enjoy.
v1.11 Changes:
Ok everyone i have just updated my PS3Ultimate TV app to v1.11. I've also updated the installer, so please remove the version you have installed and install it using the updated installer. The update to v1.11 through the app. If there is any issues you find with this, such as anything missing off your XMB, please let me know. Also with this release I have added some applications in the Extra, PS3 XIL section, such as Netflix, YouTube For the PS3, LOVEfilm etc
I've also added some more TV shows and an extra theme, but please remember this is a work progress, so please let me know if your having problems and if anyone wishes to create some extra themes or have any suggestions please let me know by commenting here or on the PS3Ultimate TV blog. I have also updated the PS3Ultimate TV Web site (linked above) so for more information go there.

To quote: About PS3MFW Builder patch_registory.tcl:
Description: Patch Alphabetical sort Order
Option -patch-alpha-sort: Alphabetical sort Order for Games in the XMB
Type -patch-alpha-sort: boolean
More patches to that tcl are incoming. I will add the --patch-rape-sfo function which for now is a dirty patch and will take the sfo's for neogeo and pcengine (X0+X4) so we can use it as our own sfo's and put some app's in own made XMB segments.
For that i also will clean the network category to use it as homebrew category and merge net cat with psn cat together. So that next patch will be a big one.
