PS3 RCO Free Package Manager /
PS3 Web Browser Plus PKG File
To quote: Hey guys I've created this simple rco free package manager installable zip file for you, this can easily be incorporated into your cfw with very little impact and is completely safe and for those of you who want to install a package manager that won't need you to replace any rco files, this is great if you created your own cfw and installing a standard package manager will change your XMB names or layout.
This also will allow you to install packages from:

Along with this I am releasing a Web browser which utilizes multimans browser which means you can launch the Web browser from the network category and download pkg files directly to your hdd and with this package manager install them also the package manager it's self will show up in the network category so it's out of the way.
This won't damage or replace any other package manager you have installed.
For those of you who don't know how to install this all you do is extract the zip and put the PS3~dev_blind~vsh~resource~explore~xmb.zip file on your usb stick then launch multiman, goto mmOS then browse your usb stick and double click on the file and it will ask you if you want to install it choose yes and you're done.
Hope you enjoy this please let me know what you think..
F.A.Q.:
Q: What does RCO-Free mean?
A: It has exellent compatibility because it will work on just about anything also imagine you made your own cfw with altered rco files and set it up perfect just the way you like it then you install a package manager and because it replaced a rco that you had altered you hard work is gone.
Also it reduces the size to next to nothing and it makes it 100% easier to incorporate it into your own cfw if you choose to make one or already have one and since the xml files hardly change you could probably get away with installing it on any update whether you install it with the installable zip or do it manually and it has the multiman downloads folder added to it.
So if you download a pkg through multiman it will show up on the package manager and it also has the directory for the web browser app I provided you can see the full list in the spoiler I'm all about making things simple why make the same app complicated if you can make it simple also if you don't know what your doing its best not to install something that could potentially damage your PS3 with this you don't need to worry.
I'm not speculating on any 3.60+ CFW, no-no-no, I'm just trying to guess, wouldn't this abnormal high spoof keep you from installling your normal FW later on.

Those using the PS3 Easy Spoof TCL Mod 6.66 to 9.90 should be aware that it will only spoof the PS3 Firmware version number, meaning while it will prevent the PS3 from updating it won't allow PSN access or running newer PlayStation 3 titles and the risk of not being able to downgrade or update your console again is always present when using such applications.
Shortly following, PS3 hacker Cyberskunk shared a fixed version (above) adding the following: The first version was buggy, and did not run correctly. Our thanks to unknown for quickly fixing the problem!
Easy Spoof version to apply into a new CFW based on OFW for PS3mfw builder.
Included spoof version; 3.15 to 3.65 and 6.66/9.90 if you need it.
Fixed: Sorry for the inconvenience, I forgot to edit another name from the command line, lol, ... now work!
Advanced Mode = 2 x Debug Menu 2, No Debug Menu 1, No NORMAL Mode (Forces you to use Recovery Mode to install any other OFW/CFW).
Finally, the PS3 Advanced Mode Patch enables a Debug menu similar to the QA Flag one for PlayStation 3 Custom Firmware users with features detailed below, to quote:
BSPatch to apply on Untouched Original CFW REBUG 3.55.1 which enables advanced mode
Debug Settings: MENU 2 (DEX)
Fixed black screens in game boot, including originals BD games from Official CFW Version
New user icons
HeavyRain theme installed
NO LV1 patch’s for OtherOS++ support because this cause Trophy errors
Spoof Version 3.61 from dev_blind package
(and more, hint hint)
