I can't say I've seen the PKG until recently, and based on the file date 10/4/2011 it doesn't appear that old... although I do know unlocking the characters on the disc has been around awhile.

In any case, if you see news like this that isn't on our site yet just post it and we'll promote the news to the main page as always.

this is very old news, this dlc hack pkg has been out since before the official dlc was released as the characters are on the disc itsself.

According to Wikipedia it's a PS3 (and 360) game, so the PS3 DLC would be on PSN but not the game itself it appears.
