Overwrite the files with the ones in the archive and enjoy !

Notes:

In rare occasions we noticed, that if you start the game for the first time, and it hangs when loading, quitting back to xmb and simply restarting the game fixes it.

Yeah but he can do it with Multiman also, you don't need to put .pkg file in any special directory, just throw it somewhere in hdd0 or it's sub folders and select it and press ''X'' in file manager, then it will get back to xmb and when you go ''Install Pkg files'' there will be the .pkg to be installed.

Well you can use PS3 Package Manager v0.9 ([Register or Login to view links]) to install .PKG files from your internal HDD by storing it in this directory "dev_hdd0/packages". So it should look like this "dev_hdd0/packages/example.pkg".

God of War II PSN - USA

Installation Instructions:

Easy method to install big file .pkg's is just transfer them to the PS3 via FTP then with multiMAN's file manager just click on the .pkg and multiMAN will say do you want to quit to XMB. Then the .pkg will be listed in the Install Packages option.
This is what i don't understand, when you ftp this big pkg file to your ps3 where we should put that? anywhere or some special place like dev/hdd0 ?

thanks

They're both exactly same game, the original was just ported to the PS3 and is now available on PSN.
