Is there any reason why not just simple copy everything from Lara exdata folder to ps3 exdata folder, files are not that big

i have done that but didn't install dlc.pkg and everything is fine, but yea if you want you could do that!

i have a question about the fix for lara croft, do i need to copy all files from the fix to exdata if i don't want to instal the DLC or just
UP0082-NPUB30225_00-TITLEUPDATE00000.edat

coz there are 5 more edat files CONTENTPACKAGE01.edat etc.etc,i am guessing those are for the 5 DLC's or am i wrong

EXCELLENT! I'm on 3.55 but a lot o guys asked me for 3.41. Games that have issues will gradualy be fixed properly, so patients.

Sorry, i am new at this questions... how i will create an exdata folder from myself? i am the only user of my ps3 and i have multiman, rogero, cfw 355..

Creating "exdata" folder and moving .edat files:

1. Transfer to an external FAT32 media (pendrive/USB HDD) or over FTP (PC connected with PS3).
2. Use MultiMan's File Manager to copy the .edat files to /dev_hdd0/home/00000001/exdata/
The folder "00000001" is your user profile id. If you have only one profile - that is the only folder you'll see under /home/ catalog.
In case you have multiple profiles, copy the *.edat file to the one that you will be playing the game from.

If the folder "exdata" is not present that means you've never been logged to PSN -- create it manually and put .edat file in it.
To create "exdata" manually best use PC. (You can use MM if know how.)
Create new folder "exdata" and copy .edat file/files in that folder and move "exdata" folder on root of USBdrive.
Open MM File Manager:
Navigate left window to /dev_hdd0/home/00000001/ (You must open 00000001 folder.)
In right window open /dev_usb000/ or /dev_usb006/ (depends which USB port you use - left or right).
Find your "exdata" folder and mark it. Press 'O' on controller and menu will open.
Choose 'copy'. It will ask you to copy "exdata" from USBdrive to PS3. Check the path is proper, confirm and there you go.
Path: Copy /dev_usb000/exdata to /dev_hdd0/home/00000001/

You can do it, man.

If I recall correctly Hissatsu was also behind the 3.41 fix for L.A. Noire and Brink. Good to see him back.
Any LA Noir DLC by any chance?
