And the latest update of the new PSX / PSN releases.

Release: Metal Gear Solid PSX-PSN
Platform: PS3
Size: 783 MB
Group: N/A

Metal Gear Solid (commonly abbreviated as MGS) is a video game by Hideo Kojima.[5] The game was developed by Konami Computer Entertainment Japan and first published by Konami in 1998 for the PlayStation video game console. It is the sequel to Kojima's early MSX2 computer games Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake. The game featured cinematic cutscenes rendered using the in-game engine and graphics, as well as voice acting in numerous codec sequences.[6]

Metal Gear Solid follows Solid Snake, a soldier who infiltrates a nuclear weapons facility to neutralize the terrorist threat from FOXHOUND, a renegade special forces unit.[7] Snake must liberate two hostages, the head of DARPA and the president of a major arms manufacturer, confront the terrorists, and stop them from launching a nuclear strike.[8]

Metal Gear Solid was very well received, shipping more than six million copies,[9] and scoring an average of 94 out of 100 on the aggregate website Metacritic.[10] It is recognized by many critics as one of the best and most important games of all time,[11][12] and heralded as the game which made the stealth genre popular. The commercial success of the title prompted the release of an expanded version for the PlayStation and PC, titled Metal Gear Solid: Integral;[13] and a remake, Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes was later released for the Nintendo GameCube.[14][15] The game has also spawned numerous sequels, prequels and spin-offs, including several games, a radio drama, comics, and novels.

Release: Oddworld Abes Exoddus PSX-PSN
Platform: PS3
Size: 756 MB
Group: N/A

Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee is a multi-awardwinning[3] platform video game developed by Oddworld Inhabitants and published by GT Interactive. It was released in 1997 for the PlayStation video game console, DOS and Microsoft Windows in North America, Australia and Europe. The game was released under the title Abe a GoGo in Japan for the PlayStation by publisher SoftBank, with a PC version following in 2001.[4] Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee was the first game in the planned five-part Oddworld Quintology, which includes Oddworld: Abe's Exoddus and Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee.

The game centers on the titular Abe, a Mudokon slave working at the RuptureFarms meat processing factory on Oddworld. When he discovers that he and his friends face death at the hands of their desperate master, he decides to escape and aid as many enslaved Mudokons as he can along the way. The player assumes the role of Abe, and must escape from the factory before embarking on a perilous quest to restore his once noble people.
Abe's Oddysee was widely acclaimed for having innovative gameplay, good graphics[6] and engaging cut-scenes; however, its large learning curve and system of saving only at checkpoints received criticism

Release: Syphon Filter Trilogy PSX-PSN
Platform: PS3
Size: 2059 MB
Group: N/A

The Playstation Trilogy is the first three games of the series and considered by most fans, the best. Syphon Filter and Syphon Filter 2 are the most praised for their high difficulties and great challenges, while the third installment tends to catch less approval. Some reasons for the third game's dislike is the fact that the story focuses half of it's time in the past rather than in the present. The missions that do take place in the present are entertaining, but the story form is less than what you'd expect...only the first and final mission come out as favorites for most. As for the missions taking place in the past, it gives you good insight on each character's story and near the later part of the game the arrival of Teresa Lipan is a shocker for most whom thought her dead at the end of Syphon Filter 2.

The most distinguishing feature about these games, aside from having a classic and repeated (but well used) gameplay as well as all being on the PSX (where the graphics were close to each other in each game, minus differences in cutscenes for each) is that the story revolves around the use of the Syphon Filter Virus. Where as Syphon Filter: The Omega Strain and the two PSP titles (one of which has been ported to the PS2) Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror and Syphon Filter: Logan's Shadow had little to nothing to do with the virus, rather replacing the story with new problems (such as the Omega Strain and the Dark Mirror). So when it comes down to it, the Playstation Trilogy really is a trilogy in the sense that there are so many things that set it apart from the rest of the series and if a 3rd PSP game is made, it will more than likely create a PSP trilogy as well.

1. Install Game.
2. Install Crack.
3. Boot from XMB.
Note: Install PKG's via the "Install Packages" menu from root of USB or mount them into same menu via Multiman file manager feature from any other location.

Release: Final Fantasy VII-IX PSX-PSN
Platform: PS3
Size: 4725 MB
Group: N/A

Final Fantasy VII is a role-playing video game developed by Square (now Square Enix) and published by Sony Computer Entertainment as the seventh installment in the Final Fantasy series. It was originally released in 1997 for the Sony PlayStation and was re-released in 1998 for Microsoft Windows-based personal computers and in 2009 on the PlayStation Network.

The game is the first in the series to use 3D computer graphics, featuring fully rendered characters on pre-rendered backgrounds, and was the first game in the main series to be released in Europe. Final Fantasy VII follows protagonist Cloud Strife, who, at the beginning of the game, joins the rebel organization AVALANCHE in their quest to stop the world-controlling megacorporation Shinra, which is draining the life of the planet for use as an energy source. As the story progresses, Cloud and his allies become involved in a larger world-threatening conflict and face Sephiroth, the game's main antagonist.

Final Fantasy VIII is a role-playing video game released for the PlayStation in 1999 and for Windows-based personal computers in 2000. It was developed and published by Square (now Square Enix) as the Final Fantasy series' eighth title, removing magic point-based spell-casting and the first title to consistently use realistically proportioned characters.

The game's story focuses on a group of young mercenaries who are drawn into an international conflict, and seek to protect the world from a sorceress manipulating the war for her own purposes. The main protagonist is Squall Leonhart, a 17-year-old reclusive loner and student at the military academy Balamb Garden, who is training to become a "SeeD", a mercenary paid by the academy.

Dark times have spread over the world of Gaia. Four separate governing nations, some blinded by their short-sighted greed, some persevering in the name of justice, are battling on and off in a deadly game for power. One kingdom, that of Lindblum, headed by the honorable and trustworthy Regent Cid, finally decides to take a stand against the unspeakable massacres by the troops of Alexandria.

Enlisting the aid of mere bandits to kidnap Princess Garnet of the Alexandria Empire, for information and interrogation, Garnet and her bodyguard actually join Cid's cause, knowing full well the outlandish recklessness of the governing Queen, who counterattacks with an onslaught of warriors. Thus begins a crossfire that would engulf the world in something far worse than political standoffs.
Out of the band of thieves, one boy along with his entourage must battle his way through several awe-inspiring challenges to restore order and peace.

Ellow,

No worrys m8.
Yours are WAY more organized.

So if its needed (to keep the forum clean) i give permission to a mod, to delete my post with the links (i am not here to gain anything, just spreading the love). People should deff use yours.

If you can add, these games don't require any fix for FW 3.41 (so they work off the bat):

- Shank
- Dungeon Hunter: Alliance
- Sword and Soldiers
- Deathspank Thongs of Virtue

They work by simply copying the .edat file (from the FIX) to your exdata folder in your profile:
/dev_hdd0/game/home/0000000X/exdata/

Where 0000000X is the number for your profile (mine was 00000002). If you dont have exdata folder, create one manually (like i did).

Ok than i'm off, its 3.30 am here (almost).

Enjoy.
Hissatsu
