168w ago - Today Sony's Senior Director of Promotions Ginger Kraus has introduced the PlayStation Card for PlayStation Network gamers, which allows users to maximize their gameplay and PSN points-earning power.

Yeah, if you want to create an Account there, they of course want to know where are you from, and you can only choose USA state's.
I wouldn't create there something at the moment, they have a big security problem.

They're announcing everything is SSL encrypted and they have an certificate from VeriSign, but it's kinda useless/non-sens because the server doesn't support secure TLS renegotiation.
