Following up on their previous update, today PlayStation 3 developer Raptor399 has announced that PS3 Media Server 1.81.0 is officially released for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X!

pretty sure you can do that already - just save your image in a folder (I called mine "Images" and add the following line with correct image file name!) to the relevant .conf file (found in C:\Program Files\PS3 Media Server\renderers\)

i.e. PS3.conf in your case:-
