Hi. I created a small application to patch Wii isos with our own region codes.

When you run the application you only have to write ISO's filename, region code and game 16 bytes region code. After that the ISO is patched and ready to burn.

I included the source code and Win32/Linux x86 binaries. There's also an application to extract region codes.

Are you sure that your TV support PAL video format? If not you wont able to play PAL games on NTSC system.

I think he means Ntsc-J to Pal.. since Naruto is a Ntsc-J game.

What is the exact code like this FFFFFFB5? Is it equal to B5?
