    NDS BiOS Dumper utility

    With the hole/code example to dump the ARM7 BiOS found, this utility will write the ARM7 BIOS to GBA SRAM 0x0000 & ARM9 BIOS to 0x4000. Save 0x0000 -> 0x3FFF as BIOSNDS7.ROM & the 0x4000 -> 0x4FFF as BIOSNDS9.ROM for it to work on No$GBA. It only comes in ds.gba flavor as it needs a GBA cart to write to.
