OK, some clarification about this leak.. This leak is a few months old as you can see from the SDK version and was already available some times ago.

Pimmeldisko's leak is incomplete and corrupted, the full one is available on the torrent network just search for PlayStation VITA SDK Documentation (info_hash: 787f60ae4980ec36261484584e7e1dcc37dfbb84) and you will find it
