PSP Map This! prob

hey i tried getting a map with map this of mississauga, onatrio, canada. iv tried a few sites to get the logitude and latitude but it always gives me the wrong map. the map it gets does have mississauga in it but only a quarter of it and the address i put is at the top leaft corner. has anyone experienced this prob?

i seem to have a different problem.. i cant save the map in a folder... i have all the neccessary files.... even installed the prog. cygwin.. but i cant save the map of australia....

any chance u can help me and i'll help u....
