thats amazing tech. to think a big quality game can fit on one of them sticks. i remember the size of the great quality atari 2600 games. LOL are the outter casings exactly the same for every game chip to fit into.

do you think there may be a way to exact copy chip?or even an r4 type release for the vita. LOL i can already see some of the less scrupulous people getting a few games from a gameshop that allows returns and refunds, take the "chip" out n keep it. (you would have to swap chips with another game you own tho to use it. LOL

then you can return the rest and say you didnt like it. LMAO

Does anyone know yet how much space these cartridges hold? At first glance you'd think that there's no type of storage chip on it but as usual technology advances never ceases to amaze. That is awesome.

That's a good question. I'd say it has to at least contain a few GB.

Would be interesting to see an exploit using the game slot interface, opening the way for Vita flashcards. Pretty cool - I didn't figure there was a removable chip inside.

    SanDisk... it must be re-writable.

--And it could hold up to 64GB maybe? (Just an educated guess based on Camera Cards)

No, 10 pin SD sized cards are currently produced as 2GB and 4GB cards.
