I flew recently with a buddy on Continental, and we played head to head without any question. Continental is planning to offer WiFi access on their planes soon, so testing WiFi onboard must already be in process. PSP falls in the same category as any electronic device they require to be off during takeoff and landing, that's about it. Of course, some flight attendants may have different interpretations of whether WiFi is allowed, at that point I don't argue, of course!
