My PC need to reboot to see PSP again

If i connect and disconnect like 10 times the PSP to my PC to do tests then my pc become unable to see my PSP again, if i reboot then all works fine again but i don't like this thing so i'd like to know if there is a solution (like a usb reset proggy).

I've noticed that too but i've always solved it by disconnecting the cable then going back on the psp then back onto usb mode, reconnect the cable and thats normally fine for me .
