    Konami Social Media Manager Dalton Link has announced that Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker officially hits PS Vita today.

    To quote: Prep your Fulton Recovery Devices and dust off your Love Box! Today we're confirming that the critically acclaimed PlayStation Portable version of [Register or Login to view links] will be available on PS Vita as a PlayStation Store download later today!

    Step into the shoes of the legendary Big Boss and infiltrate the lush forests of Costa Rica, recruit soldiers and construct your own Mother Base as you lay the groundwork for your band of Militaires Sans Frontieres (Soldiers Without Borders).

    Or work together with other players in special, four-player CO-OPS (Cooperative-OPerationS), and six-player competitive matches using the PS Vita's Ad Hoc capabilities in this title originally released for the PSP in April 2010. (Note: Transferring functionality not available in this version of the game.)

    Unfortunately we had to add them in this year as a lot of sites are hotlinking and scraping our content recently, including the pictures we use for articles without any attribution linkbacks or credit where they were obtained. I may try to lighten them a bit more as time goes on, but it's not a super high priority... let these other site Admins spend time finding their own like we have to.

    Yeah, with the watermarking, it's hard to tell if the graphics have been upgraded on the Vita version...

    yeah i agree boss. i've seen our exact articles on other sites. pretty lazy eh. do your own stuff or at least give the people who do some credit.

    wonder if this will be free for plus soon.i just got vita 4 days ago but won't buy games yet as have heaps free plus ones. hopefully when they run out there will be some more good ones from plus.

    The question is: Is it a straightforward PSP verion, or the second joystick has been implemented and graphics upscaled?
