I am a newbie please help

Hello, i just purchased the PSP today. i have no idea how to get the emulators to work, were to get them, how to get them to load, and were i can get the roms.

1) Where can i get the emulators for NES, MAME, SNES, SEGA?
2) How do u get them to load?
3) Do you just put them on the memory stick?
4) How do you put the files together for the ROMS and such?


I am just very confused, and i appreciate anyone that can help.
