Corrupting music

Anyone know why does it say "song is corrupted it cannot be played" when trying to play an mp3? How can it be fixed? its only some songs that do this

Its weird because some days all the songs would be playing fine then when i try to play the song again it says song is corrupted:?? Thanks for any help

Did you rip them straight from a CD or just put them on the PS3 via a storage device?

yes dear, the same happenes with me but u know when i again rip those mp3's with gold wave then they do not show currupt. this majorly happenes with VBR's i.e. variable bit rate songs. i suggest u rip those songs in CBR (constant bit rate) using gold wave or some other audio ripping s/w
