I livei n Osaka, Japan and will vbe picking this up today. I wonder what firmware it is.... I'm gonna risk it either way since I love this game to death.

I have no worries about this game. Some patch will most likely be made in a few days and give us the fixes we need, and hey if not, we can always downgrade back down to 1.5 when you're done. As for me, I'll be patiently be waiting for the US release, which should give us some time to at least figure out the Japanese game.

just bought it in Tokyo. Doesnt work straith with Devhook... Gonna try some prx switch... And I will confirm if it needs 2.6 firmware.

personally in my case it didnt work straight away with Devhook 4.0. The PSP shutdown after the PSP screen. But got it work with the prx of Dragon Ball and end-up with an 1.12GiG iso.
