Not sure if this was mentioned before, but does anyone have a problem in Metal Gear Solid during the codec scenes with the audio randomly getting garbled then going back to normal?

did the 3.51 firmware fix the final fantasy 7 bugs?

Sorry couldnt find edit but another question is.. is 3.51 now the best firware to run pops or is it still 3.03 oe-c?
