lol. I figured it out.
I never moved the folder "popstation"
to the Root of my drive.
I guess it just couldnt follow the lengthy path I had it in (but I dont remember having to do that at home...?)
anyway I got it now.

I got an iso of Resident Evil 1 Director's Cut and tried popstation with BASE of Crash Bandicoot Game.
I didn't work. Do i have to necessarely get hot shots golf?

YES the document.dat file is the manual, I am sure if you scanned the manual for your game and found a way to convert to .dat it would work, otherwise you are just wasting space on you MS by putting the .dat file for each game. Keep it with Hot Shots and delete it anywhere else you have it.

That's what dark alex has written in the readme. Since he used hot shots as the primary base for emulating other games. I personally tested RE director's cut myself and encountered no problems.
