Wild Arms 2

Wild arms 2 has a flicker for the fighting menus. Works great but can not work with fighting menus.

Is there a patch for the flicker?

sorry if this is off topic but i really need some help -

ok i have this whole setup running fine at home and now i am at work and have everything setup the same way (i think) but i cant get anything to happen.
heres the way i am doing it:

1) click start->run-> now drag and drop the popstation.exe onto this.
2) now hit space and drop and drop the .iso file into the run box where you just dropped popstation.exe
3) hit ok and let the program run
4) now you have the eboot.pbp for your psp, take that along with key and document.dat and make a folder in your PSP/GAME folder.

this method worked fine for me at home but here after i hit "step 3" the command box briefly flashes on screen and immediately disappears. whats going on?

thanks.

Document.Dat must be the manual.

How to fix the PS1 game names, savegame names, and savegame folders for
PSP

Written by M / markpoke1 / m-tiger

Unfortunately I haven't a clue how to go about making a utility program
to do this, so here's how to do it with a hex editor.

4 offsets need to be altered with a hex editor after you create the
eboot.pbp with popstation. Using Castlevania SOTN as an example:

offset | default value | change to
--------+-------------------+-------------------
00130 | SCUS94476 | SCUS00067
00358 | Hot Shots Golf 2 | Castlevania SOTN
50400 | _SCUS_94476 | _SCUS_00067
5122c | Hot Shots Golf 2 | Castlevania SOTN

(use hex value 00 to clear out remaining character spaces after game
name)

That's all it takes, when you copy the game to your PSP, if you press
triangle and look at the game information it'll say whatever game name
you entered at 00358 instead of Hot Shots Golf 2. When you load the game
it'll make a save directory named SCUS_whatever-number-you-entered (for
best results, use the correct disc number). When you look at the save
data in the XMB it'll be named whatever you entered at 5122c instead of
Hot Shots Golf 2.

If this is done for each game converted, there will be no issues with
gamesaves overwriting each other, as each game will have it's own save
folder.

If you do a search for 94476, you'll also come across the following
string:

UP9000-NPUI94476_00

Do -NOT- change this string or you'll get error 80020148 when you try
to load the game.
