Clearly that's not C.J. like other rumors have suggested. Did the article say anything about time period, story, whether it's free roaming or not, and if there's any multiplayer? The screens, they are beautiful!
Gamespot mentioned the psp shots in there rumor control column, and Rockstar has called them (what a surprise :P) fake. In the same column you can read about and see the xxx mini games (that are probably a joke) that never made it into San Andreas.
As far as liberty city stories goes I hope its worth it cause it was one of my reasons for getting a psp.
