put it on an fat 32 formated usb device. create a folder on the usb called PS3 and in that one called THEME (all in capital letters) put the p3t file from the rar above in that THEME folder on the usb device and connect it to your playstation. on the playstation go to "Settings --> Theme Settings and X on Theme. the side menu will pop up and at the top it will say install theme...

it'll only see/install themes if they are on the usb device in the right directories PS3-->THEME (capital letters important)
