    You have to copy theme to ps3 folder for themes, then you go to XMB menu where you choose themes and activate your theme.
    Path for copying theme from USB to ps3: /dev_hdd0/theme/

    Use MM, then go to FileManager, and there you navigate to folder I wrote above.

    Easy.
