I downloaded them but i don't know how to put them on my ps3 I go to install on themes menu but noting comes up to install.

On your USB drive create a new folder named "PS3", then inside that one create another folder called "THEME" and put your themes inside it. It should be like this:

PS3/THEME/your_theme.p3t
