PS3 Proxy GUI English version!

I got Bad New for those who update to 1.92 with P$3.Proxy. $ony just signed me out and show up the error message. What should I do?

the updates that done with proxy server cannot be so healthy. so my advice is do updates via storage or internet and use proxy server for the other downloads... :smilew

Hi guys,

I can't connect to the PSN anymore. I was able like 2 months ago but I just can't get in to work anymore.

Here's what I'm doin:

I have a PAL 60GB PS3 running FW 1.50.

1. Starting PS3.ProxyServer.GUI.exe
2. Putting in my IP address on Proxy settings tab
3. Going to replace files tab and putting in on the left "http://fus01.ps3.update.playstation.net/update/ps3/list/us/ps3-updatelist.txt"
4. Putting in on the right "my ps3-updatelist.txt on my hard drive"
5. Setting my PS3 to the following settings:

Connection method: cable
Address settings: customized
IP-address settings: IP Address - 192.168.178.11
Subnetmask - 255.255.255.0
Standard-Router - 192.168.178.0
Primary DNS - 192.168.178.0 (I don't actually know what to fill in here but it is a required field, so I just put something in)
Secondary DNS - 0.0.0.0
MTU: automatic
Proxy: Address - 192.168.178.11
Port Number: 8080
UPnP: deactivated

Then I hit X to accept the settings but I don't thest the connection.
Then I go to the PSN and press X but instead of connecting me a message like this appears "An error has occured. You got disconnected from the Playstation network.(80020EA6))

Then this appears in the Log Tab of ps3.proxy.gui: "http://feu01.ps3.update.playstation.net/update/ps3/list/eu/ps3-updatelist.txt
"

I know that I have to switch this link with the demo link and put in the local path of the demo on my hard drive. But like I said, I can't even connect to the PSN.

I don't exactly remember what I have to do to connect to PSN, but that's as much as I remember.

P.S.: Since I'm German I have my system languge set to German so it's possible that some settings ared called different in American.

and another question: do I have to use my USA Account or can I connect with my EUR account?

im using the latest firmware, i load the proxy up everything goes fine but then as soon as i get the link for f@h i input that into were its supposed to go then... i browse for the file i want to install on the ps3.. nothing happens it just downloads f@h onto my ps3 everytime.. any help ?
