Amazon Introduces a PlayStation Network PSP and PS3 Store

Today Internet retailer Amazon.com have expanded their online offerings by offering customers access to both a PlayStation Network PSP and PS3 store http://www.amazon.com/b?ie=UTF8&node=1289533011 via 'tokens'.

The most obvious advantage of this new service is the convenience of being able to make PSN purchases directly from your Web browser.

To quote: "The online retailer is now offering PlayStation Network content for the PSP and PlayStation 3.

Just like WiiWare and Xbox Live Arcade, you will get a redeemable code for your PSP or PlayStation 3 once you purchase PlayStation Network content from Amazon. The selection so far includes DLC, PSOne Classics, PlayStation Network titles and UMD Legacy games.

To celebrate the opening of the PlayStation Network store, Amazon has some good deals for prospective hardware buyers. Those who purchase a 120 GB PlayStation 3 will get a free PlayStation Network game with a value of $9.99 while those who buy a PSP-3000 will receive a PlayStation Network game with a value of $15.99. Both offers expire on October 17th."

Still only available for US billing addresses, it´s much easier to buy through PSN on your PS3/PSP...
What about people from countries that do not have local PSN stores?

I believe that is the case, and that can be said of most things Amazon sells, apart from books/CDs/DVDs.
