Just curious, what kind of noise do you get when you get a trophy? As they said that it will indeed have some kind of noise to indicate that you got a trophy.
Check your version of SSHD. Version 4.00 is required for trophy support. You must have downloaded the PS3 update as well as the SSHD update before they took them offline.

When you meet the requirements for a trophy, a little box pops up in the top right corner of the screen (same box that shows up when a friend logs on or off) and states that you have earned a tropy and lists the name of the trophy. I cannot recall the exact sound that was made but it does make a sound.

with 2.40 u can play SSHD with no probs.. the prob is that you will be downloading SSHD 3.00 (4.00 was released then taken away). Thus disabling trophy hunting
If im reading your post wrong and you have 2.40 and your also able to install SSHD 4.00 as well! spill the beans
Edit: I've managed to get 12 of these trophies so far... but i dont understand this 1:
* Split screen Co-op - Get 3 minutes of continuous Co-Op weapon boost on Segomo*
continuous Co-Op weapon boost?? - as in just pickup weapon boosts? I dont get it

I'm not sure, I dont have that 1 yet, I would of thought it meant, you boost and then straight after the other boosts until 3 mins is up. I have them all apart from this 1, survive for 7 mins and collect 15 bombs. so addictive! lol
From N4G: Split screen Co-op - Get 3 minutes of continuous Co-Op weapon boost on Segomo
Quite possibly the easiest Trophy in the game, and it's a Gold one too. You won't need an extra friend, just an extra controller. Start split screen co-op (not standard co-op) and choose Segomo. When you start the level, stay close to each other, so that you see a stream between the both ships. Simply wait for three minutes and the Trophy will unlock. DO NOT SHOOT ANYTHING. Enemies will not be triggered so long as all the asteroids are intact. If need be, move both your ships in the same direction to avoid getting hit.
