[IMGW]http://media.1up.com/media?id=3303015[/IMGW]We already knowing buying a guitar, drum and microphone peripheral for the complete http://www.1up.com/do/gameOverview?cId=3158413 won't be a cheap experience, but how many bills are we talking?
Harmonix, Electronic Arts and
MTV have kept silent amidst rumors of $150-200 pricing for the whole package, but an interview at http://www.gamesindustry.biz/content_page.php?aid=25131 has Harmonix assuring gamers they're working to keep everything affordable. Remember: they've already confirmed that Guitar Hero controllers will be fully compatible with Rock Band.
"I think when it's just rumour [about the pricing] and no one has anything tangible to hold on to, people can be afraid - but the fact is we're very conscious of it, and we're doing our best to make it awesome and affordable," said Harmonix art director Ryan Lesser.
That doesn't really tell us much about what the pricing actually is, but Harmonix has always been a community-friendly company, so hopefully they're really listening.
