Metal Gear 4 or GTA 4

I've been playing both and I would go with MGS4. Way better story IMHO.

Both games are great, GTA4 is longer for sure, but MGS4 is a much better game with better graphics. Along with the online aspect I would get MGS4 in a heart beat over GTA4. In my opinion GTA is all the same missions, drive here, kill this person, escape from the cops, a little repetitive.

You should get them both. Personally i think that these two are the best games of 2008. They are so amazing. I could almost cry.

I think MGS4 would be a much more satisfying game overall. MGS2 was one of the best games I've ever played.

MGS has nicer graphics in terms of textures and models but it's hard to compare with GTA 4's level of detail. But it all comes down to the gameplay, GTA4 is "easier" to play while you'll have to focus a bit more while playing MGS.

If you are more of an action type go for GTA 4, if you like to sneak go for MGS4!
