PMs are purged when we do database backups, but you should be fine for tonight if you use them... also the 1hr restriction is just temporary due to the abuse from the other day, it should be set back to a few mins between them later this weekend.
It is normal rate. I charge for people. If you do it yourself it will be 70 dollars for the progskeet, plus a 15 watt soldering iron, solder, and flux plus wires. After all that you have about 110.00 dollars tied up into it and trust me it will be about half that if i do it. I dont like the one pm every hour.
