Same as above, here is the info copy & pasted from all the places I've been trying.
If anyone has the means to convert .psu (or any other ps2 game save format) to .PSV and is interested I have about every format possible of my ps2 game save for Castlevania-Curse of Darkness from psx2 that I played on my laptop after my ps2 slim died (piece of junk, but my ps2 fat was stolen).
I just want to finally get to finish this game after trying for so long. I have included the save file from the original disc on my ps3 fat that I saved in case someone can just edit that file to add my save to it with some tool I haven't found online to edit a .PSV file. If necessary I am even willing to pay a reasonable amount of money for conversion through Pay Pal.
Thanks for the guide post but I don't have swap magic and I would just like to save the hassle of figuring out if the jump drive I have will work or not and all the other stuff involved. Surely there is somebody who would like to make a quick few bucks for something so simple. I mean I gave about ten versions of the file and a save of .PSV from the original disc on MY ps3.
I just want to pay a few bucks and have it done. Once I beat this game finally i don't have any intentions of going back to any other ps2 titles. It's not against forum rules to ask this under market is it? If it is sorry I just need some quick help. I can pay right now for help right now.
(also a quick search after reading this post copies of swap magic supposedly don't work and I only found it on ebay and amazon for $29.99. I got this game replaced after being stolen with my fat ps2 for $10.00 w/ guide included. Another $30.00 just seems kind of steep after so long and so much expense already.)
Thank you so much for the help ConsoleDev. You wouldn't believe what I went through and how many forums before you helped me. I would still like to send you a few bucks through PayPal for your help just give me the directions how.
