need help with ydl

ok, so i installed ydl on my ps3 recently, and i have a few questions.

-how can i change the resolution to 1080p?
-how can i make it full screen?
-i cant seem to setup a wireless connection properly, i keep getting an error message after i got to network configuration and enter all the info like ip, etc.

if someone can give me answers for any of these step by step, i'd really appreciate it..thanks

also i got a 500gb external hdd, and and it works on the game os but what can i do to get it working with linux too?

With the 1080p it still has funky borders, and the short answer is you can't get rid of them. Yeah, there are issues with the wireless in linux, not resolved ones.. For your big hdd, it has to be mounted, but the linux invariably will corrupt itself, and lose its mind. They don't have this stuff perfected yet. Sorta like rocket science, sometimes they go up/off unexpectedly! Even if it could see the files, it skips and can't play hi-res files.. yuk. VLC in windows works ALOT better..
