Which Linux version works the best with a standard def TV?

Which linux version works the best with a standard definition TV 480i and specificly will yellow dog run smoothly on such a system?

I have standard def and wasn't able to install YDL 5.0 so I intalled fedora 5 Instead.

Several Linux distros have been tweaked to work perfectly on ps3, Ubuntu, Gentoo, and Debian which has a livecd version available in case you don't want to give up hd space. They all work under the same kboot loader as YDL so you don't have to edit any boot files to load them.
