Linmugen on Fedora core 5?

I'm trying to get linmugen to work on fedora core 5 on the ps3. it says to extract it and type ./mugen which i do but i get cannot execute binary file. i tried file ./mugen and it gave me some info and it's an x86 version of mugen i'm guessing. So that means it won't work on the ppc version of fedora core 5? is there anyway to get it to work or is there a ppc version out if anyone knows? well thanks for the help.
