Copy Casino Royal? (blu-ray)

ok i have done everything in the how to copy blu-ray part but cant get it. I dump the disk. get al the streme things and found the key. i split the first file and did not need the others. But when i try to watch it on vlc i get black and grey screen bit get sound. any help?

same prob. here vlc doenst play this movie some glitches think codec problem?

plays in windvd fine!!
